Our team was born with an idea to cultivate a culture of excellence both on and off the field, uniting our talented cheerleaders, staff, and fans in a shared passion for supporting our team. Through relentless commitment to teamwork, creativity, and community involvement, we aim to elevate game-day experiences, inspire fans, and positively impact lives while fostering a legacy of pride and achievement in the realm of professional cheerleading.
Christie Johnson brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Paris Musketeers Cheer Director, having excelled in various facets of the cheerleading world. As an internationally competitive cheerleader and a National Cheerleading Association All-Star, she understands firsthand the dedication and skill required to succeed in this dynamic sport, competing in Japan, Ireland, and more. Christie was a professional cheerleader for the Edmonton Eskimos for seven years in the Canadian Football League, helping the team grow into one of the most respected teams in North America. Christie also coached a nationally ranked cheer team in Canada for many seasons.
Beyond her contributions to the cheerleading community, Christie's diverse career encompasses significant roles as a national sports reporter, sports anchor, and host of various magazine-style shows, as well as covering the Olympics. Christie's multifaceted background uniquely positions her as a coach and leader who not only understands the technical aspects of cheerleading, but also the broader context of American Football, performance, and the Gameday experience.
Sarah is the former coach of the nationally ranked University of Wisconsin Dance Team and a former member of the nationally ranked University of Minnesota Dance Team. Sarah has taught for several dance studios in Wisconsin and Illinois and currently teaches for the Madison Professional Dance Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
Sarah acts as a choreographer and consultant for nationally recognized studio-based, elementary, high school, all-star and collegiate dance teams across the United States. Sarah is also a former instructor and choreographer for Universal Dance Association, and is a veteran judge for the National College Dance Team Championships and National High School Dance Team Championships hosted by Varsity/UCA/UDA and televised on ESPN.
Sarah is an American Ballet Theatre® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. Sarah possesses over 40 years of dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, hip hop, and pompon.
