Jason Johnson is an Emmy-winning Director of Photography and Producer based out of Seattle. His work has appeared on ESPN, ABC, NBC Sports, Big 10 Network, and Pac-12 Network, and he regularly works with the NFL, MLB Digital Academy, and MLS. In 2015 Jason served as the Director of Photography on ESPN's critically-acclaimed series Draft Academy. He has since produced dozens of television shows and features, including CBS's March Madness Confidential and Four Sides to a Story. He won the 2018 Emmy for Outstanding Short Feature for his story on Melvin Keihn in Liberia, Africa. Before working in production, Johnson had a six-year professional football career as a Quarterback and was named the 2001 Woody Hayes Award Winner as the top scholar-athlete in Division I sports at the University of Arizona.
