In the final game of the 2024 regular season, the Paris Musketeers triumphed over the Frankfurt Galaxy with a commanding score of 44 to 10 at the PSD-Bank Arena in Frankfurt, Germany. The Musketeers' offensive prowess was on full display both on the ground and in the air, led by quarterback Zach Edwards efficient performance, going 22-33 for 273 yards and four touchdowns. Austin Mitchell continued to do damage on German soil, catching two first quarter touchdowns to give the Musketeers the early lead 14-0. Frankfurt would cut the lead to 17-10 late in the second quarter, including an ELF-record breaking 60-yard field goal from kicker Ryan Rimmler, before Mitchell’s third TD catch of the first half gave Paris a 24-10 lead at the half. Mitchell would finish with 9 catches for 132 yards and 3 TD.
The Musketeers took control in the second half, buoyed by a 35 yard interception by Maxime Roger and a pair of fourth quarter field goals by Mathys Dupont, leading to the final margin of 44-10. With the win, the Musketeers secured a second place finish in the Western Conference and home field advantage in the first round of the playoffs.
